These terms apply to this website and the Mithrandir early-access waitlist. By joining the waitlist you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't submit the form.

Mithrandir is in early development. Joining the waitlist registers your interest — it does not create a contract, guarantee that you will be granted access, or promise any particular feature, timeline, or level of availability.
2. The website is provided “as is”
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Mithrandir is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
3. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit others' information without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.
4. Intellectual property
The Mithrandir name, brand, and the content on this site belong to Mithrandir. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you.

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
